MEMBERSHIP DISCLOSURES

Companies and organizations with gross annual revenues of $5 million (US) or more and/or with three operating RNG facilities are only eligible to join and maintain membership at the Leadership Member Level.

Companies and organizations with gross annual revenues greater than $2 million (US) but less than $5 million are only eligible to join and maintain membership at the Advanced level.

Companies and organizations with gross annual revenues less than $2 million (US) are eligible to join and maintain membership at the General level.

Membership dues paid to the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. The percentage of your annual membership dues that represents non-deductible lobbying expenses is 40% under Sec. 162(e)(2).

Membership is an annual commitment and is effective on the first of the month of the most recent calendar year quarter (Jan 1, April 1, July 1, Oct 1) following receipt of member dues payment, and is renewed annually thereafter on a 12-month basis unless otherwise noticed by the Member or RNG Coalition staff in writing.

Members are not eligible to reduce their membership level based on fluctuation of revenue from year-to-year.

In the event of a merger or acquisition members may consolidate dues payments but may not reduce member dues amounts.

THE COALITION FOR RENEWABLE NATURAL GAS will not use your name on a policy paper, policy letter, or in connection with a political contribution without express permission from your primary contact, or otherwise designated person.

By agreeing to membership, the member company agrees that the company or entity name may be used by RNG Coalition for marketing, web and social media, promotional materials, in connection with RNG Coalition recruitment and sponsored events, and generally on materials that do not take a policy position.
