To capitalize on this momentum, the 2018 Value of Biogas West conference will be held in Abbotsford on January 16th and 17th, 2018. Created for attendees to learn about biogas/RNG and the opportunities it presents, 2018 Value of Biogas West will increase attendees’ biogas/RNG awareness and understanding, while also providing a valuable networking opportunity for those involved or interested in the North American biogas/RNG industry.
Information Session: 2018 Value of Biogas West will include a half-day Info Session where attendees can learn about biogas/RNG, and the steps necessary to take a biogas/RNG project from conceptualization to fruition. A site visit to a local anaerobic digestion plant will be offered in the afternoon, followed by an evening networking reception.
Conference: Day two of the conference will include morning plenary sessions focused on biogas/RNG, including panel discussions, and concurrent streams of presentations in the afternoon focused on agricultural and municipal biogas/RNG topics. This conference is anticipated to attract more than 200 attendees, comprised of individuals from agriculture, agrifood, waste management, and government, biogas/RNG product and service technology companies, utilities, investor, academics, and more.
