  • Nearest Airports to the Baird Center - MKE, Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport - Approx 9 miles

    ORD, Chicago O'Hare International Airport - Approx 95 miles

    If your flight requires a layover, we suggest considering flying directly into Chicago and renting a car or a taxi to drive the remaining 1.5hr into Milwaukee.

    Local FBO: MKA, Milwaukee County's Timmerman Airport - Approx 10 miles

  • Taxi, Uber and Lyft are all available from both Milwaukee and Chicago airports. Use the Mobile App Chat room to connect with other attendees that may want to carpool!

REGISTRATION FAQs

  • Early Registration opens February 16, 2026 followed by our Standard Registration window beginning May 5 through July 17, 2026.

    The Late Registration window will begin on July 18 through September 19, 2026.

  • Please log into our COALITION Community Portal to confirm your membership status.

    If your membership is due for renewal, you will need to remit that payment prior to registering for WORKS at the member rate.

    Payment instructions will be included upon receipt of invoice email.  

ATTENDEE FAQs

  • To view your receipt, login to the COALITION Community Portal > My Invoices (Account Invoices for items purchased by main account) > All Orders > scan to right and select “>” to view/download receipt.             

  • RNG WORKS is designed for feedstock owners (landfill, wastewater, livestock, agriculture and food processing), RNG project developers, operators, financiers, engineers, equipment providers, manufacturers, technology and service providers, marketers, transporters, fleets, municipalities, universities, utilities and other end-users, consumers and customers who want to better understand RNG project development, operations, deployment and utilization.

  • You may purchase additional attendee registrations by logging into the COALITION Community Portal and purchasing an additional member or non-member attendee registration.

    If you have a few or more colleagues you’d like to attend, a Sponsorship may be worth considering as many include a booth and a few+ tickets to RNG WORKS, as noted in the ticket description.

  • RNG WORKS final program will be available approximately 30 days prior to event start. Please check the RNG WORKS Schedule periodically for program updates. 

    This will also be available in the RNG WORKS Mobile App upon release.

  • The RNG COALITION Mobile App is currently live in the App Store for both iOS & Android users.

    While we continue to grow our RNG COALITION hub, registrants may access COALITION Events at any time provided the event app has been released (approx. 30 days prior to event start -  one year post event to continue networking).

    There, you'll be able to connect via email, chat and even invite other attendees to meetup!  Communication via the app ensures compliance with data security regulations.

  • Follow the below steps for successful access:

    • Search RNG COALITION in your app store > download app, tap "Get"

    • "Allow" notifications to stay informed throughout the event

    • Select "RNG WORKS" (avail approx. 30 days prior to event start)

    • Enter your work email > "agree" to the Privacy Policy > log in

    • Be sure to update your profile and toggle "show my email on my profile" to on.

  • You may view the attendee list via our RNG COALITION Mobile App > RNG WORKS (opens approx. 30 days prior to the event start date only avail to registered attendees). 

    Helpful Tip: The full list of registrants with an option to search by name, company or sector will be available to help you find exactly who you're looking for. Use the ribbon tab to save them, and create your own quick reference list.

  • Dress for RNG WORKS is casual. We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you.

    Since temperatures can vary in the Expo Hall, consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.

  • Registration is required for entry/participation into the RNG WORKS Hall.         

  • Each registered attendee will receive one (1) official event badge. 

    Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times while attending official event activities, including RNG WORKS networking functions, and RNG WORKS social events.         

  • Your RNG WORKS badge must be picked up on-site. Please have your ID and proof of registration in hand.             

  • Badge reprints may be issued only in the event of loss, damage, or a verified registration correction, at the discretion of event management.

    • A valid government-issued photo ID is required to request a reprint

    • Issuance of a reprinted badge will automatically invalidate the original badge

    • Event management reserves the right to limit the number of reprints issued per registrant

    • A badge reprint fee of $25 will apply to all approved reprints due to loss

    • Name, title or company corrections must be submitted prior to badge printing deadlines. Onsite corrections may be accommodated at the discretion of event management and may be subject to a reprint fee.         

  • Badge sharing, duplication, resale, or transfer to another individual is strictly prohibited.

    Violations may result in:

    • Immediate badge confiscation

    • Removal from the event without a refund

    • Disqualification of future event registration

SPONSOR FAQs

  • Yes, post registration as a Host or Sponsor, the assigned attendee will receive a Sponsor KIT to include all tasks, deadlines and relative links. If you registered someone else but would like a copy of this KIT for planning purposes, please email Events@RNGCoalition.com to request a copy.

  • If your Host or Sponsorship bundle includes additional event registrations, a special code will be provided in the Sponsor KIT sent shortly after final checkout of Host/Sponsorship.

    Please allow more time for processing if Host/Sponsorship is paid via check our ACH transfer. Instructions are included in the Sponsor KIT for how to register each additional person.

  • A floor plan will be available to exhibitors following registration.

  • Yes, a General Admission ticket to RNG WORKS is included with the purchase of an exhibitor booth for one (1) Booth Attendant.

    Up-graded booth dimensions do not include an additional booth attendant.

  • A floor plan will be available to exhibitors post registration, where you may then submit your top (3) booth choices.

    We will work to ensure each exhibitor is given the best possible exhibit space in the order space is secured.

  • EXHIBITOR Registration (includes a Booth), Cancellation, Deadlines and Refunds

    Cancellations for RNG WORKS Booths must be in writing: Please email Events@RNGCoalition.com. *Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

    Advanced Notice = Ninety (90) days or more prior to the start of RNG WORKS: Receive 100% refund of the registered amount, less a $100.00 administrative fee.

    Late Notice & No Shows = Booth cancellations received less than ninety (90) days from the start of RNG WORKS are non-refundable; no credit will be issued. No shows will not be awarded a refund.

    Final Sale and Non-Refundable Registrations

    All registration types purchased during the Final Sale period—defined as thirty (30) days or fewer prior to the event start date—are non-refundable under any circumstances."

  • Is it required?

    Yes, COIs are typically required for EACS, vendors and contractors setting up. It's standard industry practice for events to mandate proof of insurance to ensure all participants have adequate liability coverage.

    How to obtain it?

    To obtain a COI, exhibitors should contact their insurance provider. There are also numerous online providers that can provide this certificate for a fee.

    What is the cost/coverage minimum?

    The actual cost will vary depending on which company is producing the COI and the coverage selected.

    Who do I submit it to?

    Once the COI is obtained, submit it to Expresso by GES. *This link will also show the details that will need to be outlined in the COI.

BOOTH ATTENDANT FAQs

  • As our system only recognizes one (1) point of contact to auto-deliver emails to, please email Events@RNGCoalition.com to request a duplicate of the Exhibitor KIT which outlines inclusions and tasks.

  • Registration for the Golf Networking Event can be purchased as an add-on ticket just before final check-out upon registration.

  • Golf confirmations are sent approx. two (2) weeks prior to the golf event.

    You may confirm your registration via the COALITION Community Portal by clicking on COALITION Events, RNG WORKS > Manage Registration. You should see your Golf Registration there.

    If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to events@rngcoalition.com for assistance.

  • An email communication will be sent approx. two (2) weeks prior to the golf event outlining all event details and requests for action.

    A form link is provided to reserve rental clubs, submit pairing preferences and pre-arranged foursomes.

    *Please know your pairing submission is not guaranteed; however, we do our very best to accommodate all requests.

  • Yes, anyone without a preference will be paired with another group as thoughtfully as possible.

  • Nearer to the event date, all registered golf participants will receive the final pairings list via email.

  • There is no limit to the number of people in your organization. However, the Golf event has limited capacity and is reserved on a first-come first served basis.

  • Every player must have a set of golf clubs and a golf bag. Sharing of clubs is not permitted. Rental clubs are available.

    Proper attire is required for all players on the course and practice facility. Tee shirts, tank tops, halter tops, blue jeans, cutoffs, sweatpants, tennis or other athletic shorts and bathing suits are not permitted. For men, shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks, and golf shorts with an appropriate inseam such as Bermuda shorts are considered proper attire. Only soft spiked or spike less golf shoes or other approved shoes shall be worn on the golf course and practice areas. Rental shoes are available.

    No personal coolers are allowed on the premises.

    *Players shall observe the rules of golf etiquette as adopted by the USGA at all times.

    Transfers and Change Deadline

    All registration transfers and change requests must be received before the published golf registration close date.

    After registration closes, no administrative changes will be made.

    Day-of substitutions are permitted at the golf course only and are subject to the following conditions.

    Transfers and Change Requests

    Golf registration transfers within the same organization are permitted. All transfers or change requests must be submitted by email to Events@RNGCoalition.com (phone requests are not accepted).

    Requests must include the following information: First & Last Name, Company Name, Title/Role, Work Email

    If a Member registration is transferred to a Non-Member, the difference in fees must be paid in full before the transfer is confirmed.

    All golfers must hold a current RNG WORKS registration.

    Day-of substitutions for those holding active golf registrations are permitted. The new golfer must check in at the golf course with RNG COALITION staff to relay the transfer and receive foursome assignment.

    Cancellations & Reinstatements

    Cancellations must be submitted by email to Events@RNGCoalition.com (phone requests are not accepted).

    Once a golfer is removed from a foursome, that slot is released and a new player will be assigned.

    If a registration has been cancelled and you later wish to send a substitute, you must request reinstatement by email prior to the event close date. Placement will be accommodated where space allows.

    Day-of reinstatements/substitutions are not guaranteed however you may check in with RNG COALITION staff at the course - subject to course/foursome availability.

    Final Sale and Non-Refundable Registrations

    All golf registrations and activity add-ons (e.g., Golf, Charters, Tours, and similar activities) are Final Sale regardless of purchase date.

    No refunds, credits or rollovers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused registrations under any circumstances.
