The Music City Center parking garage offers four electric vehicle charging stations on each of the garage's three levels for a total of twelve (12) stations. The system is operated by ChargePoint.
Spaces are marked. Standard parking rates apply.

Travel and Lodging FAQs

RNG COALITION has a room block located at a hotel within walking distance to the Music City Center.
Post RNG WORKS registration, you will receive an email with room block details. Register for RNG WORKS and reserve your lodging - space is limited!
*Group rate is only available on contracted nights; additional nights may be added based on availability. Room Block reservations are contingent upon maintaining an active event registration.Cancellations of event registration may result in the forfeiture of the room reservation and could incur penalties or fees.

To view your receipt, login to the COALITION Community Portal > My Invoices (Account Invoices for items purchased by main account) > All Orders > scan to right and select “>” to view/download receipt.

A link to download the mobile app will be made available to all registrants approximately 30 days prior to the event start.
There, you'll be able to connect via email, chat and even invite other attendees to meetup!
Communication via the app ensures data security for those who opt out of sharing their info while maintaining the most up to date list of those in attendance.

Dress for RNG WORKS is casual. We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Since temperatures can vary in the Expo Hall, consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.

Registration is required for entry/participation into the RNG WORKS Hall.

Your RNG WORKS badge must be picked up on-site. Please have your proof of registration in hand.

Registration updates, transfers and changes must be in writing. Please email Events@RNGCoalition.com to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please email their Full Name, Company,Title/Role and Work Email.

Advanced Notice = 30 days or more prior to the start of RNG WORKS: Receive 100% refund of the registered amount, less a $100.00 administrative fee.
Late Notice & No Shows = 30 days from the start of RNG WORKS and Event No Shows are non-refundable; no credit will be issued.
Non-Refundable Items = Golf tournament other special event registrations or offerings in connection with the RNG WORKS are Non-Refundable.

Early registration opens January 27, 2025 followed by our standard registration window beginning May 5 through July 17, 2025.
The late registration window will begin on July 18 through September 19, 2025.

RNG WORKS final program will be available approximately 30 days prior to event start.

Once logged into the Coalition Community Portal, you may view all the available Exhibitor booth configurations for RNG WORKS in the Tickets offered.
Any Exhibitor booth ticket (aside from additional booth space) includes an RNG WORKS registration for the Booth Attendant.

Please log into our Coalition Community Portal to confirm your membership status.
If your membership is due for renewal, you will need to remit that payment prior to registering for RNG WORKS at the member rate.

You can purchase additional attendee registrations by logging into the Coalition Community Portal and purchasing an additional member or non-member attendee registration.
If you have a few or more colleagues you’d like to attend, a Sponsorship may be worth considering as many include a booth and a few tickets to RNG WORKS, as noted in the ticket description.

Technical Workshop and Trade Expo Pitch Deck FAQs

A new, designated area in our Expo Hall for exhibiting companies to pitch 10 minute presentations on their expertise and role in educating, demonstrating, and promoting RNG industry best practices.

The Technical Workshop sessions are panel sessions with industry experts carefully selected to educate, demonstrate and promote RNG industry best practices, for purposes of helping realize sustainable development, deployment and utilization of RNG and other renewable gas (Biogas, C02, RH2), to achieve greater energy reliability and improve access to clean, renewable fuel, heat, power and products.

Yes, a General Admission ticket to RNG WORKS is included with any exhibitor booth for the Booth Attendant.

A floor plan will be available to exhibitors post registration, where you may then submit your top (3) booth choices.
We will work to ensure each exhibitor is given the best possible exhibit space in the order space is secured. -
You will receive an Exhibitor Kit post registration which includes a link to the Exhibitor Portal.
