Vanguard Renewables and Generate Upcycle Unite to Create North America's Largest Food Waste-to-RNG Platform
Vanguard Renewables announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Generate Upcycle's North American operations, merging two industry leaders to create the leading food waste-to-renewable natural gas platform. Upon closing, the combined company will operate an expanded infrastructure network across the U.S. and Canada, strengthening its ability to meet growing demand for organic waste diversion and low-carbon energy solutions.
