Freedom CNG Acquires X3CNG, Lancer Energy to Expand Western RNG Footprint

Freedom CNG has expanded its renewable fuel infrastructure in the Western U.S. with the acquisitions of Colorado-based X3CNG and Utah-based Lancer Energy, the company announced.

X3CNG operates one of Colorado's largest public-access compressed natural gas (CNG) station networks, including major sites in Colorado Springs and Greeley — the state's largest public CNG station. Lancer Energy specializes in designing, building, and maintaining CNG and renewable natural gas (RNG) fueling stations, and also offers services for electric vehicle and hydrogen fueling systems.
