A floor plan will be available to exhibitors following registration.

Yes, a General Admission ticket to RNG WORKS is included with any exhibitor booth for the Booth Attendant.

A floor plan will be available to exhibitors post registration, where you may then submit your top (3) booth choices.
We will work to ensure each exhibitor is given the best possible exhibit space in the order space is secured. -
You will receive an Exhibitor KIT post registration which includes a link to the Exhibitor Portal.

Included with 10' x 10' booth:
(1) 8' High White Backwall Drape
(2) 3' High White Siderail Drape
(1) 6' White Skirted Table
(2) Contour Chairs
(1) Wastebasket
(1) ID Sign (17" x 11")RNG WORKS aisles are carpeted.
Carpet for individual exhibit space is available to order, but not required.
Power to your booth would be considered an add on, so be sure to request it during your planning phase if desired.

MOVE IN / Set-up:
Tuesday, September 23rd, Hours 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
SHOW HOURS:Wednesday, September 24th – 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday, September 25th – 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
MOVE OUT / Strike:Thursday, September 25th – 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Dress for RNG WORKS is casual. We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you.
Since temperatures can vary in the Expo Hall, consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.

If you have any questions regarding your registration, payment, special requests or updating your Host/Sponsorship, Exhibit Space or registration order, please contact Events@RNGCoalition.com.

Please contact Events@RNGCoalition.com if you need to update, transfer or otherwise change your Exhibitor Registration information.
To transfer, please include the Full Name, Title/Role, Work Email & Cell Phone# of the person to whom you'd like to transfer your Exhibitor Registration.

Please email Events@RNGCoalition.com if you need to cancel your registration. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Advanced Notice = 90 days or more prior to the start of RNG WORKS: Receive 100% refund of the registered amount, less a $100.00 administrative fee.
Late Notice & No Shows = 90 days from the start of RNG WORKS and Event No Shows are non-refundable; no credit will be issued.
Changes must be in writing: Please email Events@RNGCoalition.com if you need to update your registration information post registration.
