2025 Biennial Election Nomination Form

THIS IS A NOMINATION FORM - NOT AN OFFICIAL BALLOT.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOMINATIONS:

ELIGIBILITY:

Each Company or Organization in good standing as a dues paying Member of RNG COALITION is eligible to nominate up to four (4) qualified candidates for the general election of Chairs for RNG COALITION’s Leadership Advisory Boards (LABs), and nominate up to three (3) qualified candidates for RNG COALITION’s non-profit Board of Directors Industry Seats A, B and C.

LEADERSHIP ADVISORY BOARDS:

Using the form below, provide the full name, title and organization of the Nominee for the Leadership Advisory Board Chair position(s) you wish to submit. Qualified nominees will appear on the election ballot (unless such person declines the nomination and removes himself or herself from consideration).

Seat A, Industry, Board of Directors:
Evan Williams (President, Cambrian Energy) Incumbent is running for re-election

Seat B, Industry, Board of Directors:
Luke Morrow (President, Morrow Renewables) Incumbent is running for re-election

Seat C, Industry, Board of Directors:
John Hanselman (Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, Vanguard Renewables) Incumbent is running for re-election

Incumbent nominees will reappear on the 2025 ballot. If you are not nominating a replacement(s), you may leave the appropriate Board of Director Nominee field(s) blank.

To nominate a replacement, use the form below to provide the name, title and company of the Nominee. Qualified nominees will appear on the election ballot (unless such person declines the nomination and removes himself or herself from consideration).

ELECTION RESULTS:

The four (4) candidates who receive the most votes in the November Election for each LAB will serve as Chair for that Advisory Board during the first year of a two-year term, and as Vice Chair of the same LAB in the second year of the same term. The 4 (four) candidates receiving the second most votes for each LAB will serve as Vice Chair during the first year of a two-year term and become Chair in the second year of the same term.

The three (3) candidates who receive the most votes in the November Election will be elected to the three (3) available Industry seats (A, B, C) on the RNG Coalition’s non-profit Board of Directors.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

THE IDENTITY OF THE NOMINATING MEMBER COMPANY/ORGANIZATION AND OR REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY NOMINEE, CANDIDATE, OR ANY CURRENT OR  FUTURE COALITION MEMBER.

NOMINATION FORMS WILL BE VIEWED BY COALITION EXECUTIVE OFFICERS ONLY AND FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF INFORMING NOMINEES OF THEIR NOMINATION AND TO PREPARE THE OFFICIAL 2023 ELECTION BALLOT.
