Anaergia Lands $42 Million Contract to Power Large-Scale U.S. Agricultural RNG Project

Anaergia has signed a US$42 million agreement with Neogenyx Fuels — the new Ameresco/HASI joint venture — to deploy its anaerobic digestion technology at a large-scale agricultural facility in the United States. The turnkey manure handling, processing, and digestion systems will produce more than 4,400 scfm of biogas, which Neogenyx will convert into pipeline-quality RNG, underscoring agricultural waste’s emergence as one of the most attractive and underpenetrated segments of the renewable natural gas market.
