Gevo Expects $30–$40Mn per Year in 45Z Sales Through 2027

Gevo expects to make $30 million-$40 million in 45Z credit sales from its recently acquired ethanol plant in North Dakota, where it is also studying the addition of an ethanol-to-jet unit, an executive said on an investor update call.

The firm would look to add a 30 million gallon per year SAF unit at the 67 million gallon per year ethanol plant, while 45Z sales from its CCS ethanol will begin imminently despite the lack of full-guidance on the credit, CFO Eric Frey said.
