BIOFerm Appoints Massimo De Vincenzi as Chief Executive Officer

BIOFerm, a leading provider of turnkey renewable energy solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Massimo De Vincenzi as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 22, 2025. Current CEO and President Nadeem Afghan will transition to President and Chairman of the Board, where he will oversee the company’s continued growth – including expansion of the operations and maintenance business, targeted acquisitions, and capital deployment.
