Virginia Outlines Vision to Decarbonize Industries, Move to Clean Energy

Virginia has outlined a sweeping new path forward to cut climate-warming greenhouse gas emissions and transition to renewable energy.

 The Priority Climate Action Plan is part of a federal climate pollution reduction grant program funded by the Inflation Reduction Act that will direct billions in federal dollars to states to implement climate actions.
