I am running for the biennial election to be held on November 4, 2025.

I hereby openly and voluntarily declare and pledge: (1) to all the voters in the upcoming election for the office I seek, (2) to the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG Coalition”) I seek to advise, and (3) to all members of the RNG Coalition and industry that I will, to the best of my ability, honor and keep all the following commitments during my campaign seeking election to the office mentioned above:

(1) I pledge to run a positive political campaign

(2) I pledge to direct any and all my managers, consultants, ad developers, pollsters, workers, and supporters who participate in my campaign to run and to participate in a positive, polite and civil political campaign;

(3) I pledge to not attack or condemn any of my opponent’s personal character or reputation, during any speech, in-person meeting, media appearance or campaign interview, or in any broadcast, print (including e-mail and social media), digital, or internet formats;

(4) I pledge to not distort any of my opponent’s record or positions, or take his or her records or positions out of context;

(5) If third parties, who freely and independently support my candidacy for office choose to negatively campaign on my behalf, I pledge to publicly disavow all of such messages that are clearly negative and that clearly violate my intention to run a positive political campaign.

I hereby openly and voluntarily declare: (1) to all the voters in the upcoming election for the office I seek, (2) to the organization I seek to advise, and (3) to all members of the RNG Coalition, that if I fail to honor and keep all the above commitments, I expect voters to elect someone else to the above office.
