hereby openly and voluntarily declare and pledge that, if elected and when acting in a capacity as Chair, Vice Chair or Member of an Advisory Board or a member of the nonprofit Board of Directors of the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG Coalition”), I will put the interest of the RNG Coalition, including but not limited to its mission, priority, philosophy and position, and SMART Initiative, ahead of my own personal interests, my employing or affiliated entity’s interests and my professional interests.

I will not disclose RNG Coalition member-privileged information, including but not limited to trade-secrets and work product, policy strategies or positions (including proposed legislative or regulatory approaches, language or positions), to other associations or members of other associations who are not also members of the RNG Coalition, without the expressed written permission from an RNG COALITION Executive Officer.
