The Washington Department of Ecology is offering an informational webinar on the proposed Clean Air Rule.

The Clean Air Rule is Washington’s first-ever rule to cap and reduce carbon pollution to address the harms of climate change. Ecology released an updated draft of the rule earlier in June. The updates include improvements and changes that were based on feedback we received from environmental and industry stakeholders.
