The Washington Department of Ecology is offering an informational webinar to learn more about the proposed Clean Air Rule. The Clean Air Rule is Washington’s first-ever rule to cap and reduce carbon pollution to address the harms of climate change. Ecology released an updated draft of the rule earlier in June.
