The Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG Coalition) will provide an overview of the organization and an update on the RNG Coalition’s public policy priorities and advocacy activities.

The RNG Coalition was formed in 2011 to create a public policy advocacy platform and education voice for the renewable natural gas industry. The RNG Coalition is actively influencing and monitoring federal, provincial and state legislation and regulation, expanding existing markets and working to create new markets in the United States, in Canada and Brazil.

Public policy drives demand, demand shapes markets and the market values created from public policies impact industry members’  profit margins. The RNG Coalition enables members of the renewable natural gas industry to have a voice, and to be proactive – rather than reactive – in shaping favorable legislation and regulation, and business development opportunities.
